Meeting management

We are preparing release 3.2.1, which includes a new module: committee and meeting management.

When we started modeling this new section, we realized that Teamwork has already the notion of committee, i.e. the set of assignees on the task, and a (recurrent) meeting notion, on the agenda events. So we created a new object bringing the two together, created the notion of “discussion point”, and started building the business logic and views.
